Connect Physical Therapy is committed to providing personalized care in a welcoming environment. We take the time needed to fully understand your problems or goals and will work with you to determine the best way to help you move forward. Treatments are evidence-based and will always include homework to keep you on track for a speedy recovery. All physical therapy treatments, regardless of length, are provided by a physical therapist, not aides or assistants. This helps us keep your number of visits low as we are able to be fully engaged with all aspects of your rehabilitation.
