We'll review your health history, take objective measures of your balance, strength, and flexibility, take a thorough movement assessment, and make recommendations for exercise and activity tailored to your needs. We'll work on goal setting and development of an exercise plan that fits your schedule - then we'll check back in 6 months later to re-assess and see how things are going! This is a great way to stay in tune with your body and catch issues early.
