I’m in the second camp - completely derailed by summer and looking to find my rhythm again. Or, maybe, you’re not sure where to start. We are here to support you - whatever your needs might be. The benefits of a seasonal reset go far beyond just checking a box or getting back into a routine. This is a chance to realign with your goals and make intentional choices that support the lifestyle you’ve worked hard to build. Whether you're easing back into movement after a break, managing an old injury, or simply needing some structure to your week—this is your opportunity to prioritize yourself again.
Here are a few tips and tricks to help you ease into your fall wellness rhythm:
Consistency over Intensity
You don’t need to dive back in with a 6-day workout schedule. Instead, build consistency. Try committing to just 2-3 activities or Pilates or movement sessions a week to re-establish a habit. Showing up matters more than going all-in right away.
Start with the Foundation
Your body has carried you through summer hikes, travel, tubing and all the fun activities of the season—now it’s time to bring it back into alignment. Our team of Pilates and Physical Therapy experts can guide you to reconnect with your core strength, improve mobility, and address any areas that might be feeling “off.”
Listen - your body is talking to you.
Tight hips from travel? Low back pain creeping in from long days at your desk or more time spend driving carpool? While it’s human nature to ignore the whispers from your body, our experience tells us those whispers will get louder if not addressed. The beauty of working with a team that can include Pilates and physical therapy is that we can meet you where you are at. Your sessions are fully customized to you—no cookie-cutter routines here. Yes, we want you to feel amazing as you strengthen your core and find balance in your body but we want you to do it with intention and focus. Think about what you need?
Nutrition Matters
Swap the BBQs and margaritas for late summer bounty—think peaches, tomatoes and still more zucchini! Focus on balance, hydration, and mindful eating.
Rest - we mean it!
Long summer nights can mean less sleep. Rebuild a bedtime routine: unplug, stretch, and aim for 7–8 hours.
Make it Happen
We get it—you’re busy. Often, a big part of creating a habit is scheduling the time. Put your workouts, walks, or classes in your calendar before other commitments pile in. Protecting your time makes your reset sustainable. We have classes each day to help you create a predictable and strong routine. Twice weekly classes is a good cadence to maintain your status quo. However, If you truly are committed to making change we recommend three sessions per week.
