6 week Agile Athletes

Mondays @ 7am

August 18th - September 29th (No class on Labor Day 9/1)

Train balance like it’s a skill—because it is.
Agile Athlete is a performance-focused class designed to improve your balance, control, and coordination from the ground up. Led by a physical therapist, this class targets the foundations of athletic movement—core stability, single-leg strength, reactive balance, and dynamic control—so you can move stronger, recover faster, and compete smarter. Whether you're a weekend warrior or a serious athlete, this class helps you stay quick, grounded, and ready for anything.

Ask yourself:

  • Are you currently hiking but feel unsure on steep or rocky trails?

  • Do you want to prevent ankle sprains or knee injuries?

  • Are you working toward a ski, hiking, or running goal?

  • Do you want to enhance your power, agility, and reaction time?

You’ll be most successful in this class if you can:

  • Stand on one foot for at least 30 seconds with eyes open

  • Rise from a chair without using your hands

  • Walk a straight line heel-to-toe without losing balance

  • Perform a single-leg step-down with control

  • Get up and down from the floor independently (without hands?)
